💙 🏉 Biggy U12s welcomed Hitchin for their first home fixture of the season today, putting in a great performance in the sunshine and recognising Grafters of the Week Cameron and Harry after the match.
Biggy scored four unanswered tries in the first quarter and continued to show determined defence, only leaking two tries all morning and scoring many more throughout.
"The team put on a lovely display of the rugby ethos of TREDS - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship," said Head Coach Ryan Spence.
"We saw the new laws for this age group being used, including the pick and go from the ruck and also the fend. Well done boys!"
The U12s is for boys in School Year 7, and welcomes new recruits. Training is on Wednesdays at 7pm with training/games on Sunday mornings. Please come along and try for free - contact 07990 583599 for more U12s info.
