Biggy U13s enjoyed an experience they’ll never forget at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, yesterday.Six players from our club were invited by Scouting and the RFU to take part in T1 rugby on the iconic Twickenham turf, as well as proudly holding the England rosette during the national anthems.
The day formed part of the ongoing partnership between Scouting and the RFU, aimed at inspiring more young people to get involved in rugby.
U13s coach and Scout Leader Gareth Jenkison said: “What an amazing day for the boys. I’m incredibly proud of how they represented the club and how focused they were throughout. This truly was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a memory they’ll carry forever.”
