Further to the club closure we have been working on a process to deal with refunds for tour and summer ball payments. We have a list of payments however as most payments were made by card, given the current lockdown and social distancing restrictions using card refund is not currently an option, we have therefore prepared a plan to offer refunds direct to a specific bank account, but this requires some further work and process control.
In the first instance if you are happy to leave the amount to be refunded until the club opens then no action is required, we will process on request as soon as the club bar is open.
Anyone requiring an urgent refund please contact me using the treasurer contact form on the website or the treasurer email address and this will be expedited.
