Statement from the RFU:
“On behalf of the rugby union community in England, all at the Rugby Football Union are very saddened to hear of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offer our condolences to the whole Royal Family at this time.
"We understand that you will have questions around planned fixtures this weekend. We are in communication with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and are expecting guidance from them to review this evening for sporting organisations. We will share an update with the game tomorrow morning to confirm protocols with regards to scheduled fixtures.
Our thoughts and prayers remain with the Royal Family."
