The club’s AGM takes place at 7:30pm on Wednesday 11 May 2022.

Now is the time to put your name forward for committee positions. Any paid up member of the club can stand, and just needs a proposer and a seconder to do so. Please remember, we rely on volunteers to keep the club running - without people willing to give up a bit of their time, we couldn’t carry on. Please consider stepping forward, especially if you’ve not helped out with a committee role in the past - new blood and ideas are welcome and can really help share the load more fairly!

If you are interested in finding out more about any of the committee positions listed below, you need to email gthorgan@hotmail.co.uk.  If you want to stand for any role, send Graham your details, along with the names of who is proposing and seconding you.

A list will be displayed in the clubhouse once nominations are put forward.

Of course we’d love to see you there on the night at the AGM, but understand it is not always possible. Therefore, if more than one person stands for a position and you wish to vote for a particular candidate but cannot attend, we will set up a voting process closer to the time. Look out on this website and on social media for more information and an agenda closer to the date of the AGM.

Please also note that if your membership fees have not been paid then you are not entitled to vote.
