Today's Men's 3rds' game may not have been as exciting as the Scotland France match, but the Biggy boys put in a real shift today!
They lost 22-26 against visitors Bishops Stortford Chindits, but captain Dan Hatcher was full of praise for the team: "It was our best performance of the season, with a lot of great effort and tackling on show. Very proud of everyone."
Player of the Match award went to Mike Barker who put in the full 80 in the front row, and didn't miss a single tackle all game.
Doofus of the Day was Matt 'Skittle' Smith. Yes, he may have scored the drop goal, but he took it when ignoring a big overlap. A harsh judgement, but that's 3rds rugby...😜
