BRUFC's AGM will have a restricted number of attendees at the club itself - so here's what's happening and what you need to do to take part and vote if you aren't attending in person:
The AGM will be held on Wed 19 May at 7:30pm at Biggleswade Rugby Club. Places are restricted to 35 people, although the meeting will be streamed live via Zoom.
Please email Graham Horgan asap on gthorgan@hotmail.co.uk if you would like to attend in person (subject to availablity), or attend the AGM via Zoom (your name and email address is needed to join the online meeting).

Please note that there is more than one nomination for the position of club Chair.
Club attendees will vote in person on the night. Zoom attendees will also vote on the night, via a text number that will be provided.
If you wish to vote for a candidate, but will not be attending the meeting in person or on Zoom then you will need to email your vote to gthorgan@hotmail.co.uk by Monday 17 May. Any votes received by email after this date will not be counted.
Please also note that if your membership fees have not been paid then you are not entitled to vote.
