What a brilliant moment for Biggleswade Rugby Club 💙❤️💚

We're hugely proud to have Northampton Saints centre Tom Litchfield wearing a pair of navy and red-topped Biggy socks in tomorrow’s Prem Rugby Cup clash against Saracens.

The game, which kicks off at the cinch Stadium at 3:05pm, is the club's 2026 Community Match, where players wear the socks of the grassroots clubs where their rugby journey began.

For Tom, that was right here at Biggleswade as a young Minis player, then with Samuel Whitbread Academy’s rugby programme, Bedford Junior Blues and Saints Academy, before signing his first full-time contract for Northampton in 2020.

Since then, he has gone on to represent England U20s and clocked up 72 Premiership and European appearances, including a Champions Cup final.

We couldn’t be prouder to see one of our own representing his roots on such a stage. And we couldn't resist digging out some photos of Tom with his younger brother Nathan - one showing them both clutching their Grafter of The Week awards! 😍

Good luck in the Cup, Tom — it will be an honour to see our socks on show! 👏🏉
