Rugby legend Rochelle ‘Rocky’ Clark MBE held a coaching session with Biggleswade Ladies on Sunday.
It was an amazing opportunity to learn from Rocky, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge about the game. Player-coach with Saracens Women, Rocky is not only a World Cup winner, she is also the most capped England rugby player in history (she surpassed Jason Leonard's record of 118 England appearances in 2018 with 137 caps to her name).
“We’d like to say a huge thank you to Rocky for her inspiring visit,” said Sophie Earls, Biggleswade Ladies’ Vice Captain. “It was an honour to welcome her, and the team loved the session and her coaching style. The enthusiasm, motivation and energy levels were incredible, and the team worked super hard under her guidance, coming away with some excellent tips and tweaks to their play.”
