Biggleswade Rugby club was buzzing last night at a sold-out evening with Premiership rugby legend and TV pundit Andy Goode.
The clubhouse was full of old friends and new, who were treated to a delicious three course meal before listening to some entertaining stories of rugby life from the multi-Premiership and European title-winner.
After his talk (where he dealt with the odd good-natured heckle with some cracking putdowns), Andy took questions from some of the 'refreshed' crowd  and stayed behind to chat afterwards.
Thanks to Graham Horgan for organising the event, to TB Catering for the delicious food and great service, and to the club bar staff who worked hard on the night to keep the beer flowing and ensure the evening was a resounding success.
