Well done to all the girls who took part in a very special coaching session at the club with Grace Crompton today.
Team GB Olympian and PWR Harlequins player Grace ran a Introduction to Rugby session, with fun warm-ups, challenges, drills, and games, making sure there were plenty of water breaks in the hot weather.
A huge thank you to Grace, who was approachable and friendly and made sure the girls all had a great time, staying behind afterwards for photos and autograph-signing.
The club also presented the participants with a rugby goodie bag (and info on how to join Biggleswade RUFC!)
