💪 Women's fun, free, fitness sessions are about to kick off at Biggleswade Rugby Club.
As part of our pre-season build-up, Biggleswade Women have organised free Tuesday night boot camps on August 11,18 and 25.
Open to women of all ages (over 18), whatever fitness level, it’s a chance to have fun, get in shape, and meet new friends.
Just come along to our Langford Road club on Tuesday evenings (starting on 5 August) at 6:45pm for a 7pm start.
Sessions take place pre-season on our Sheep Walk pitches (across the road from the main clubhouse). Please park on the clubhouse side and walk across. Bug spray is recommended!

From 1 September we’ll be switching to rugby training every Tuesday from 7:30pm for the new season. Whether you’re new to rugby or returning to the sport, we can cater for you, building up confidence and skills - and above all else, having fun!
