Biggleswade U12s had a great match away at Leighton Buzzard yesterday with both teams playing some excellent rugby.It was a hard-fought battle, with Biggy showing real attacking intent early on, resulting in a few early tries. The players linked up brilliantly and were passing the ball well through the hands. Leighton's steadfast defence kept the boys at bay, before the tables turned and Biggleswade were forced to defend their own line in what was fast becoming an arm-wrestle of a match.
Possession was regained thanks to Biggy's counter-rucking and ball-ripping, setting up some great attacking moves and more excellent scores.
Grafter Award went to George who scored two of Biggy's four tries and made some brilliant tackles.
