The club’s AGM takes place at 7:30pm on Monday 12 May 2025.
Voting for the position of Chair will take place, as Teri Taylor will be stepping down after four years in the role, and two candidates have been nominated. Please come along and listen to both of them speak about their plans for the club - it's always best to be there in person, and it gives you a chance to have your say in shaping the club's future. It's also a chance to catch up and socialise with other club members at the end of what has been a busy season.
- Paid-up full members of the club have voting rights (with one vote only per family membership) and will be able to vote on the night. Social members do not have voting rights.
- Please note, though, if you are eligible to vote and cannot attend, you can email your vote in advance to gthorgan@hotmail.co.uk, with a strict deadline of 6pm on Fri 9 May. Emailed votes received on time will be added to votes cast on the night.
